OUR PRICING

These are the primary factors we consider when pricing a project.

Read them carefully to get the best value out of your order.

Scope of the project

The size of the area is the main factor affecting our pricing. For interior renderings, we mainly consider the square footage of the area. For external renderings, the size of the building determines the cost.

Complexity of the scene

Complex projects that require extensive 3D modeling, or contain intricate details like custom millwork, textures, and patterns will increase the project cost.

Number of images

Each additional rendering will add to the total cost but they will be significantly lower. Overall, you will get a much better deal when you order multiple images.

Availability of source files

Ideally, we expect our clients to provide the 3D models of all architectural elements.

When that is not possible, we can work with elevations, drawings, sketches, and photos. This will add to the total cost and slightly delay the turnaround times.

Urgency

We are always happy to assist you with projects requiring immediate attention but know that urgent projects will cost significantly more, depending on other factors listed here.

Extensive revisions

The way we work allows our clients to have an unlimited number of revisions. However, these revisions should be in line with the original vision and style of the project.

When the requested changes constitute more than 25% of a project’s workload, we will charge a revision fee.

IS THIS YOU?

“I’m good with my software skills. I don’t need someone else’s assistance.”

As your business grows, you will need to allocate the time you spend on rendering to something more critical for your business. We know the ins and outs of real-estate visualization. With a growing library of over 30,000 assets and years of experience, our goal is to exceed your expectations every time.

“I present my proposals with photos, digital floorplans, and mood boards. They work just fine.”

Adding 3D rendering to client proposals is a great way to add value to your services. It helps you manage client expectations and get your ideas across clearly. It is essential to grow your business and increase customer satisfaction in the long run.

“I work with 3D artists overseas. They are more affordable and provide quality results.”

There are some amazing rendering specialists overseas but finding the right ones is not as easy as it sounds. Cheaper alternatives will cost you more in the long run due to communication issues, software licensing discrepancies, and delays caused by time-zone differences.

“I prefer handling 3D renderings in-house. We employ a full-time specialist for this purpose.”

Working with us is just like working with an in-house designer, plus the tax advantages. We hold two 15-minute revision sessions with each client to review the project and test ideas on the fly. We also send daily progress reports, giving you more control over the project, without having to employ a full-time specialist.

“I work with tight deadlines. When outsourcing, it takes too long to get answers.”

Effective communication is one of our top priorities. As a US-based studio, we reply to all your questions within 1 hour during business hours. Additionally, our daily progress reports keep you updated on the project’s status so you can easily communicate your feedback.

“I use AI tools to quickly render my sketches. They are fast and affordable.”

AI is a great tool for quickly testing ideas but having production-ready results requires a lot of tweaking. A trained eye can easily identify an AI-generated image, reducing the project value in the eyes of your clients.
